Probably the most well-known script written by Frank is "Password", a 1972 episode of the television series The Odd Couple which was voted the fifth greatest TV episode of all time in the July, 1997 issue of TV GUIDE. Most famous quote from that episode? "Aristophanes is ridiculous!"

Frank wrote other Odd Couple scripts, as well as scripts for Happy Days, The Bob Newhart Show, Love, American Style, The Making of Silent Running (1972), No Man's Valley (1981), This is Your Life: 30th Anniversary Special (1981), and What's Up, Tiger Lily? (1966).
